While we strive for precision, we do not guarantee the absolute accuracy of the earnings data due to variations in platform fees, taxes, or currency conversions. Users are encouraged to cross-reference data for tax or legal purposes.
3.Account Responsibility
You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account and any API keys or credentials used to link your properties. HostDashr is not liable for any unauthorized access resulting from user negligence.

We aim for 99.9% uptime, but we are not responsible for delays or service interruptions caused by third-party booking platforms or internet infrastructure failures.
5.Intellectual Property
The HostDashr name, logo, and software architecture are the exclusive property of HostDashr. You may not reproduce, decompile, or reverse engineer any part of the platform.
